How long does onboarding take?
Thirty minutes for the Xero OAuth. Tenants import within 15 minutes. Your first Monday PDF lands 5-7 days later, once we have baseline scans.
What data do you store?
Metric-level aggregates only — we don't persist line-item transactions. All data stays in Sydney AWS. A Data Processing Addendum is provided on request.
How is multi-firm data kept separate?
Every firm has a dedicated database slice. Cross-firm access is architecturally impossible — not just disallowed by policy.
MYOB? QuickBooks? Reckon?
Xero only at launch. MYOB is on the 2026 Q4 roadmap.
What if a rule gives false positives?
Tag the rule "ignore for this client" once. The system learns per client and per rule. You can also tune thresholds firm-wide.

Review Copilot is developed and operated by Micleah Pty Ltd (ABN 57 616 879 924), an independent Newcastle-based software company. The product was shaped with direct input from Australian accounting firms and runs on Xero's official API.
